Lido Tax Consulting is a boutique consultancy practice offering tax advisory services to two main markets:

• Entrepreneurial individuals and businesses

• Other Professionals – accountants, solicitors, etc

• A free initial review is offered to any potential client to establish any tax mitigation opportunities. Please just send me your last accounts and I am happy to make some suggestions.

• If you already have an accountant, I will work alongside him or her to offer extra assistance with your affairs. If you do not have existing advisers, I are happy to provide a complete accounting and taxation service.

• You will receive direct practical advice from me, not just technical papers. I differentiate myself from say the Big Four by being prepared to offer an opinion instead of rehashing legislation. The advice given is, of course, still technically robust, based on considerable years of experience.

• You will receive general business advice covering all areas of direct tax but other specialists eg VAT specialists/ lawyers etc may be consulted, where appropriate. I will, however, coordinate this advice rather than leave you to mediate with many advisers. Industry specialisms are in Entertainment, Technology and Property.
